Servers

Responsibilities

  • Managing the dining room of up to 300 guests

  • Managing a staff of up to 30 people

  • Dealing with customers on a daily basis

  • Being responsible for opening and closing duties

  • Overseeing the loading and unloading of trucks for off location catering events

Requirements

  • Ability to work well with and manage others

  • Working in a fast paced environment

  • Familiarity with a POS operating system

Cruise Directors and Event Managers

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Cruise/ Event set up

  • Taking drink orders from guests

  • Taking and serving appetizer orders from guests

  • Occasionally serve food depending on cruise style (most are buffet style)

  • Clearing dishes and cleaning the dining room

  • Setting up for special events

Requirements

  • Ability to work well with others

  • A friendly personality

Chief Steward

Responsibilities

  • Managing over all buffet service on board

  • Managing a staff of up to 15 people

  • Responsible for all on board food service operations

Responsibilities

  • Setting up for special events

  • Running a buffet line

  • Prepping food

  • Carving Meats

  • Doing dishes

  • Removing trash

  • End of cruise clean up

Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age

  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs

  • Working in a fast paced environment

  • Work well with others

  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Follow directions well

Ticket Agent

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls

  • Taking reservations

  • Checking in passengers

Requirements

  • A friendly personality

  • Good people skills

  • Handling cash

Photographer

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers as they board the boat

  • Taking photos of customers

  • Photo shopping photos

  • Selling Photos to customers

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of camera and equipment

  • Knowledge of Dark Room preferred

  • Photography experience preferred

  • Good people skills

  • Friendly attitude

Deckhand / Maintenence

Responsibilities

  • General cleaning of the building (Vacuum, sweep, & mop)

  • Cleaning & stocking restrooms

  • Perform minor repairs

  • Collect and dispose of trash

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

  • Ability to manage your time efficiently

  • Able to use basic cleaning equipment

  • Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work
